last weekend i picked up something that reminded me of driving up to the north shore.
there is nothing like the smell of fresh pineapple.
cutting them can be a little tricky.
but when all is said and done, you have a delicious little snack.

you have to make sure you cut the core out. it's rather tough.
but when all is said and done, you have a delicious little snack.

I never lived in Hawaii, but it was always my goal to. So now I live in the DC area, because yeah, it is practically the exact same thing.
For years, I was a flight attendant with layovers there, gosh, how I miss those trips! The picture of pineapple made me think of the sandy beaches and the near-constant rainbows.........
